Manage Your Subscription

We selected Plimus (based in San Jose, USA) to manage our credit card handling and billing. By using a trusted third party service to manage all our AlertFox subscriptions, we achieve top security for our customers.
You can update, change and cancel your subscription anytime through the Plimus web interface:
1. To login, go to https://secure.plimus.com/jsp/account_login.jsp?
2. If needed: Use the password recovery feature to generate a login
If you do not have (or forgot) your Plimus user name (which is NOT the same as your regular AlertFox login email address) please use the "Forgot Password" link to have one created and send to you.
3. In the Plimus customer center you can change your credit card information, up- or downgrade your subscription and view past invoices.
